About Digital Marketing
What is digital marketing?
Digital marketing includes multi-platform advertising (e.g. Google, Meta, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn) and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).
Advertising delivers quick exposure and uses data-driven targeting to help potential customers discover your brand and take action.
SEO, on the other hand, builds long-term organic visibility by improving your website’s rankings in unpaid search results.
Can I run ads without a website?
Technically yes, but not recommended. Every campaign needs a landing destination to convert traffic. Without a proper website, you may struggle to deliver strong results.
About Co-op with Zephyr
Do I have to lock into a contract?
No — we don’t require long-term lock-in contracts.
We focus on delivering results. If we perform well, clients choose to stay.
Our goal is always long-term, win-win partnerships built on trust.
What do you need from us to launch ads?
Once we start working together, we’ll run a kick-off meeting to understand your business in detail and define the ad strategy.
We may also suggest website adjustments to improve ad performance.
You’ll receive a clear list of asset requirements, and nothing goes live until you approve the creatives.
What's the cost in Zephyr Marketing?
You might see "Digital Marketing", “SEO” services online for just a few dollars — but these cheap fixes usually come with zero results (or worse, damage your business).
We believe in long-term value. Investing in quality service means better results and sustainable growth. The real question to ask is: what return are you getting from your investment?
About Ads
What’s the difference between Google and Meta ads?
Google Ads are search-driven — users actively look for solutions, and ads often appear as text or image formats.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads are interruptive — shown based on interests, usually as videos or images.
Google tends to bring in high-intent leads, while Meta helps boost awareness and engagement. Most industries benefit from using both.
Are digital ads expensive? What is CPC?
Ads are priced per keyword, and cost can vary greatly by industry.
CPC means “Cost Per Click” — how much you pay each time someone clicks your ad.
If you use Smart Campaigns or poorly configured bidding strategies, your cost per lead can skyrocket.
Careful keyword selection and bidding strategy are crucial for keeping costs down and ROI high.
Will my ads always show on page one?
Not necessarily. Google uses multiple signals to decide ad placement — including your budget, targeting, ad quality, and user intent.
Even new advertisers can appear in the top results if the campaign quality is strong and well-optimised — it’s not all about bidding the highest.
Do ads work immediately?
Technically, yes — your ads go live as soon as approved.
However, the first 1–2 weeks are considered the “learning phase”, as platforms like Google and Meta calibrate delivery.
We also A/B test different ad groups. You can expect stabilised and improving results after the first month.
About SEO
What is SEO?
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) improves your visibility in unpaid Google results.
It involves on-page optimisation, backlinks, technical setup, and content.
Many users skip ads entirely — SEO helps capture this audience by earning trust and authority in search results.
Who Needs SEO?
If you run a business and want to be found online, SEO is for you. Whether you’re targeting a niche audience or serving a broad market, good search rankings help people discover your business when they’re actively looking for solutions.
And here’s the thing — your potential customers are using Google. If your business isn’t showing up, chances are your competitors are.
How long does SEO take?
If your site is already indexed by Google, you may see results sooner.
For new websites, it generally takes 3–6 months to gain traction.
SEO compounds over time — growth tends to accelerate the longer you invest.
What are Map Ads and Map SEO?
Map Ads and SEO work similarly to regular Google Ads/SEO, but target Google Maps search instead.
They’re especially valuable for local businesses, showrooms, or any business with walk-in customers.
With AI updates, Google increasingly features Map listings even in standard search — so it’s well worth considering.
